THE GUARDIAN ANGELS EDUCATION TEAM
The Guardian Angels Education Academy encompasses a host of educational
programs for students and educators, including public seminars and customized training sessions. Topics include character development, bullying, gang resistance, violence prevention, safety education, and Internet safety. Without education and intervention, school bullying can quickly spill onto streets and neighborhoods, unleashing a path of crime and violence. Gangs use schools to attract younger and younger recruits to their dangerous enterprises. Academy programs help educators create safe and productive classroom environments and instill students with the courage to resist gangs and eliminate bullying. A Role Model Academy offers students and teachers opportunities for ongoing implementation of The Guardian Angels lessons. Academy programs are unique and powerful and equip schools with practical tools for immediate application in the classroom.

An exciting development in the expansion of Guardian Angels' safety education programs is the introduction of new online training programs designed to satisfy New Jersey's Quality Single Accountablity Continuum (QSAC) requirement for employee training.
Developed in cooperation with Monmouth-Ocean Educational Services (MOESC), the first of these programs, Bullying, Cyberbullying and Gangs: Engaging the School Community in Awareness, Prevention and Defense, is available via MOESC's Online Training In-Service Seminar (O.T.I.S.) web site.
